Action is needed if your customers use OpenScape Business integration with MS Exchange Online or Office 365, in particular if one of the following functions is in use:
- email forwarding in OpenScape Business
- calendar integration in UC Suite
- email queuing in UC Suite Contact Center
- myReports with mail forwarding activated of reports
Unify has introduced the support for OAuth 2.0 with OpenScape Business V3R2 Fix Release 1. Please update all affected customer installations as soon as possible and configure the system so that OAuth 2.0 is supported.
For the change from Basic Auth to OAuth 2.0, configuration activities are required both on OpenScape Business and on the Microsoft side.
