The Babyphone (room monitoring) feature is no longer supported. Since "CSTA monitoring" is always active (a system phone can be monitored by an application such as myAgent or myPortal, for example), "room monitoring" can no longer be activated for this system phone.

During CDB conversion with Manager E, when upgrading a H3K to OSBiz, , the code for activating the room monitor is deleted.
