The file structure of all V1 R2.1.0 images has been modified to properly distinguish OpenScape Business images from related product files (like OpenScape Office). The update mechanisms of OpenScape Business releases previous V1 R2.0.0_033 are not aware of these modifications and will therefore reject this image on an upgrade attempt. Systems must be upgraded to V1 R2.0.0_033 first before later releases can be applied successfully. The required OCC file can be downloaded from Unify Partner Portal by searching for Product item Number: P30152-P1532-P1-13.
