NOTE #1 From Microsoft Outlook 2010 it is possible to install a 64-bit version of the application on a 64-bit Windows operating system. However, only the 32-bit version of Microsoft Outlook 2010 is supported in conjunction with myPortal for Outlook on OpenScape Office HX / MX V2. The platform MUST be upgraded to the minimum version stated above to support Microsoft Outlook 2010 32-bit.

Microsoft Outlook 2010 64-bit is NOT supported, however, it is possible to install the 32-bit version of Microsoft Outlook 2010 on a 64-bit Windows operating system, this is supported.

Microsoft Outlook 2010 64-bit is supported from OpenScape Office V3.

NOTE #2 The myPortal for Outlook command bar (toolbar) will not currently be displayed in Microsoft Outlook 2010. Microsoft changed the user interface design in Microsoft Outlook 2010, as a result all third-party Outlook command bars are no longer displayed, however, all third-party add-ins are accessible from the Add-Ins menu.

Microsoft have implemented a new method of customising the user interface using the IRibbonExtensibility interface. A new version of myPortal for Outlook that utilises this method is released with OpenScape Office V3.

NOTE #3 Support of myPortal for Outlook on Microsoft Outlook 2003 will end when Microsoft support for Microsoft Office 2003 ceases.
