VMware's VMotion not supported with MiContact Center Business; its use can cause the performance of Ignite, IVR Routing, and other components to degrade until a reboot of the server is performed.

Some older versions of the MiContact Center Business Deployment Guide listed VMotion as supported, but the guide has been corrected to list only the supported VMware features: vSphere Distributed Resource Scheduler, Distributed Power Management, High Availability, Fault Tolerance, and Site Recovery Manager.
