With the new V3R4 release of Mitel OpenScape Business, we are focusing particularly on even more secure connectivity and optimized payload connection to Unify Phone, SLES 15 support for our virtual OpenScape Business S solution, myPortal for Teams optimization for mobile devices, and many improvements in the areas of security, ITSP updates, and access to our Global Directory.

Here are the added values of the new Mitel OpenScape Business V3R4 that was released

• Security enhancements,
• Update of the operating system for OpenScape Business S and UC Booster Server,
• Unify Phone Cloud Connector security and path optimization,
• myPortal for Teams GUI optimization for mobile end devices,
• Call control from myAgent and myPortal for Teams for Unify Phone,
• Access to the global directory,
• Reminder end of support V2 Mainboard - 31.12.2026,
• Extension of the V2 to V3 mainboard migration / software support offers.

Only customers with active software support will benefit from the added functionality of the new version. Some of the new functionalities are only possible with the OpenScape Business V3 mainboard due to performance and resource requirements. We recommend customers to always have the Mitel OpenScape Business system running under active and valid software support / SWA due to continuous software and security updates, as well as functional added value.
