Within the last Hotfixes we have provided many improvements for myPortal @work to fix payload and configuration issues.
We have identified some issues during the use of multi-call features in combination with the Headset integration, e.g. second call.
Currently we are working closely with the headset manufacturer on a solution.
If you have problems with myPortal @work while the headset integration is active, you need to deactivate it and check if the problem persists.
From myPortal @work v3.2.20, included in OpenScape Business V3MR1 HF6, the following pop-up message is displayed in these 3 scenarios.
The user activates the headset integration for the first time.
After an upgrade of the myPortal@work software with active headset integration.
After the user has logged off and on again with active headset integration.
"Please note that undesirable behavior can occur in some call scenarios while headset integration is activated. The issue is currently being investigated.
In case you experience problems please deactivate the headset integration in myPortal @work under Settings -> VoIP as a workaround. You will still be able to use your headset"
If the problem does not occur after deactivation, there is no need to escalate a ticket to Atos Unify as we are already working on the solutions.
