Mitel’s commitment to providing a unified partner and customer experience continues. As the next step in this journey, we are centralizing access to all Product Technical Documentation. 

Below you’ll find details on when this change takes effect, what documents are impacted, and where to find them. 

Where Will Product Technical Documentation Be Stored? 
Starting 31 October 2025, all Mitel Product Technical Documentation will be available in the Mitel Document Center, located on Mitel.com Each product’s documentation can be found in its respective section within the Document Center. 

Which Documents Are Impacted? 
Currently, technical documentation for the OpenScape product family and all related components and solutions is stored on Content Hub under the “Implement” and “Operate” tabs in the documents section of product pages. Beginning 31 October 2025, these documents will move to the Mitel Document Center. 

When Is This Happening? 
The transition will take place on 31 October 2025. After this date, all Mitel Technical Documentation will be available exclusively in the Mitel Document Center.
