The latest release of OpenScape Business that has been released beginning of December 2025 introduces powerful new capabilities for the end users. In addition to supporting the newest app and OS versions such as Outlook 2024, Apple macOS 26, and Proxmox virtualization, the update delivers enhanced Unify Phone Hunt Group handling. A major highlight of the FR3 software is its seamless integration with Mitel Workflow Studio, bringing advanced AI-driven functionality to SMB environments. 

Mitel Workflow Studio (WFS) is our generative AI-powered integration platform designed to simplify the creation and management of communication workflows and embed them into business processes. It enables both new and existing integrations between Mitel solutions and third-party applications, helping businesses streamline operations and boost efficiency. 

The release of Workflow Studio for OpenScape Business is scheduled for January 2026.
