The End of Life (EOL) for the OpenScape Business wall models X3W and X5W was announced some time ago. We would now like to inform you that there is no remaining stock available for these wall-mounted models.

Current Availability

• From now on, only rack-mounted models of OpenScape Business are available for ordering.

• Wall models X3W and X5W are no longer available as complete systems.

Spare Parts and Migration

• Boards and power supplies for the wall models will remain available.

• Existing wall models can be migrated to the new V3 mainboards without any issues.

• Please note that on the X5W, the old large Slot 10 is no longer usable with the V3 mainboard.

Summary

• X3W and X5W: no system stock available

• Rack models: still available

• Wall model spare parts: still available

• Migration to V3 mainboards: supported (with Slot 10 limitation on X5W)
