Atos Unify is starting to switch RSP network access over to the new datacenter. If it is done, we move the hardware physically. They will send a status update soon. 

From now on RSP is not accessible until it is moved.

RSP is not available for RSP users for three days during the maintenance window due to a move to new data center!
Due to a site closure the RSP main datacenter infrastructure needs to be moved to a new datacenter. 

This move requires an inevitable, longer maintenance window which is scheduled for:

Friday 21st October 9am until Monday 24th 8am CEST 

In case that the primary maintenance window needs to rescheduled or the planned maintenance needs to be aborted, we have already planned an alternative date: 

Friday 4th November 9am until Monday 7th 8am CET  

 
All partner technicians / RSP Users cannot use the RSP during this maintenance window!

Atos Unify will keep RSP Users via email updated during the maintenance activities and inform once the maintenance has been finalized. 

Customer connectivity will be restored automatically, no action required from you. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your Atos/Unify contact.

Please consider respective dates for RSP downtime and apologize the caused inconveniences.
