Due to maintenance activity, software cannot be downloaded between 06:00 and 18:00 CET from extranets (Partner Portal/CSP/Support Portal) and the intranet.
Please plan accordingly. In an emergency (priority 1 incident), you can request software via Expert Assistance Hotline or Ticket Management System. We apologize for any inconvenience.
This alert will be posted on the extranets – no email communication to extranet users is planned.
Please inform colleagues/partners/customers if appropriate.
This maintenance will increase download speeds and deliver better support for standard download manager functionality (i.e. resume for broken downloads)
