Welke poorten moeten opengezet worden op de firewall voor Unify OpenScape Business?
In het geval een netwerkbeheerder/IT manager een “strict firewall policy” hanteert is het belangrijk om te weten welke poorten voor (OSbiz) services gebruikt worden en welke dus opengezet dienen te worden op de firewall. Hieronder vind je een overzicht van veel gebruikte services op de OpenScape Business.
Services:
- RSP:
- Port 443
- IP addresses: 188.64.18.51; 188.64.17.51; 188.64.18.50; 188.64.17.50
- These IP addresses must be allowed for outgoing traffic
- MyPortal to Go:
- Port 8802 /TCP (portforwarding)
- MyPortal to Go intergrated VoIP Client via WiFi:
- Port 8802 /TCP
- Also ports Device@home must be opened
- Device@home:
- Portforwarding 5070 to 5060 UDP/TCP (SIP@home)
- Portforwarding 4060 to 4062 /TCP (HFA@home)
- Port 30274-30529 /UDP (Osbiz X) (portforwarding)
- Port 30528-30887 /UDP (Osbiz S) (portforwarding)
- Myportal@work:
- Poort 8802 (portforwarding)
- Only this port is necessary, VoIP via internet included
- CLS – Connect:
- Port 7780 TCP - UDP
- Port 7790 TCP - UDP (alleen voor oudere software versies)
- Port 7791 TCP - UDP
- IP 188.64.16.4 not blocked for outgoing traffic
- Unify Osbiz Update Service:
- No longer fixed IPaddress but FQDN https://download.gsi-ms.com
- This FQDN must be allowed for outgoing traffic (TCP and TLS)

Changes at the Software Download Server
The new infrastructure of the download server for OpenScape Business involves a few changes.
- Among other things, the software server no longer has a fixed IP address. However, the address https://download.gsi-ms.com stored in the OpenScape Business remains the same.
If the OpenScape Business does not have free Internet access, the URL of the software server must be released in the customer's firewall instead of the IP address as before.
- If a SIP provider without data volume is connected to the WAN port, no SW download connections are currently possible. In this case, the system must be upgraded via file upload.
