Yearly recurrence is available as exception in the time schedules and Contact Center queues of OSBiz
From V3FR1 onwards, you have the option to choose for yearly recurrence when configuring exceptions in a time schedule of UCSuite.
Select the type of the exception from one of the available options:
• Within time range: select a specific time, day and recurrence for the exception
• Within time date range: select a specific date, time, day and recurrence for the exception
• Holiday Schedules: select a specific Holiday date for the exception
• Yearly Recurrence: select whether the exception will repeat every year
This will help you when configuring yearly holidays like Christmas and new year.
